With fresh wolfberry as the raw material,

 fresh wolfberry juice is manufactured throughpre-disinfections, 

enzyme treatment, juice extracting, color protection anddisinfections. 

The problems to keep wolfberry juice fresh at ambient temperaturehave been solved, 

and the production of wolfberry juice has entered industrialscale.

 The product is in form of orange-yellow juice. 

It is contained in aluminum-foil-plasticbag (25kg/bag) in a carton box.

 The period of quality guaranteeis 12 months.The color of carotenoid, lutein and physalin in wolfberry is susceptible to changein the processing due to oxidation and high temperature. 

After the treatment withnatural color protector, the original color of wolfberry juice is kept unchanged.

In the analyses, no residue of Rogor, DDV, malathion and parathion was nottraced.

 In wolfberry juice, PB, AS, Hg or CD was not traced. The content of copperwas found to be 1.2mg/kg.
